Process (FSP)
This process involves Planning, Organizing, Leading and Coordinating of data and any other related information regarding the work that needs to performed from relevant stakeholders i.e. Municipality and Community at large.
Partial Servicing
Process (PSP)
This process will follow the processes and management strategies that will be derived and all controls are similar to the FSP but on more maintenance.

- Dispatching of vehicles and trailers and teams to the settlement for collection of tanks according to the set-out schedule of service per area
